Refund policy
At Calderdesigns, we guarantee that your order will be printed exactly as you approved it, otherwise, we’ll refund your order in full or reprint your order free of charge – your choice!

All artwork must be approved by the customer prior to the order being completed.  Once the order has been confirmed by the customer (in writing/by email) any spelling mistakes, colour changes, design modifications made after confirmation will be at the customer's expense.

Orders can be cancelled at any point up to customer confirmation.  If the order does not go ahead (for whatever circumstances), Calderdesigns reserves the right to invoice the customer in respect of any artwork, digitising or samples that have been prepared.
